Hispanics aka Spics or Mestizos are more culturally and mentally deficient than Negros, and as result they are more dangerous and destructive, perverts and evil than Negros. Their danger is in their tendency to infest all aspects of modern life, trough bureaucratic procedures, and it’s made easy by the different shapes, colors, forms and sizes they take, their look makes it easy for them to practice the evil personification, the way of their evil spirit struggling for equality and revenge about the genocide that it’s people were victim of.
